His goal against West Ham United was his second in the Premier League this season and gave a glimpse into what the 27-year-old can offer Marco Silva.

The injury just adds to the harsh luck Everton are enduring this season, as Yerry Mina was sidelined last week as well. Also, against Brighton, a controversial VAR call allowed the home side to equalise, shortly before an unfortunate own goal from Lucas Digne lost the points in the dying seconds.
